The Board of Directors of FHB wishes to announce that Feytech Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of FHB, had on 31 May 2024 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Proton City Development Corporation Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of the Subject Land at a consideration of RM19,981,843.20.
