The Board of Directors of Feytech wishes to announce that it has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the use of proceeds raised from the initial public offering exercise in conjunction with the listing of and the quotation of its entire share capital on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 21 May 2024.
